Tim McGraw to play in Sioux Falls same night as Sheryl Crow

So July 20 is turning out to be a busy night for Sioux Falls.

While Sheryl Crow will be rocking the JazzFest main stage at Yankton Trail Park, country star Tim McGraw will bring his “Two Lanes of Freedom Tour” to the W.H. Lyon Fairgrounds, Pepper Entertainment announced in a press conference this morning.

Georgia native Brantley Gilbert will open the show.

Tickets range from $65.50 and $75.50 for general admission to $89.50 for VIP. They will go on sale 10 a.m. May 3 and are available at the fairgrounds, at www.etix.com or by calling 800-514-3849.

McGraw’s show begins at 7:30 p.m. rain or shine. VIP gates open at 5 p.m., and general gates open at 6. All ages are welcome.

McGraw has sold over 40 million albums in his powerful career, and “Two Lanes” is his first release with Big Machine Records. This album also includes “The Highway Don’t Care,” his latest single with Taylor Swift and Keith Urban.

He is currently performing in Las Vegas at the Venetian Theatre and will play the North Dakota State Fair in Minot the night before his Sioux Falls performance.

Gilbert’s singles include “Country Must Be Country Wild,” “You Don’t Know Her Like I Do” and “Kick it in the Sticks.”
