Lennox holiday Tour of Homes is this weekend
I grew up in the Lennox area, and every year, my mom & I love to attend the Lennox Area Historical Society annual Tour of Homes. Personally, I just love Christmas decorations, and who doesn’t love strolling through neighbors’ homes?
Join me this season by attending the annual event on Saturday. Four homes will be featured from 4-7 p.m., and tickets can either be purchased now at the Lewis Drug in Lennox or on the day of at the Lennox Museum. The museum will open at 3 p.m. that day for free viewing and also will host an exhibit of hats, purses, shoes and gloves by Verlys Jacobson and Doris Fett. After the tour, door prizes will be drawn at the museum at 7:30 p.m. Here is a list of the featured homes:
- Lorin & Mary Brass, 46652 278th St.
- Joe & Nicole Woessner, 201 S. Garfield Ave.
- Sheldon & Julie Schelling, 220 S. Lincoln St.
- Dave and Pam Van Middendorp, 813 S. Elm St.
The theme for this year’s tour is Sparkling Christmas. Hope to see you on Saturday!
